PRINCIPALS

Bart H. Mosser is a graduate of Brown University, and has held the strategic leadership roles of President, CEO, Vice President, General Manager and VP Sales and Marketing with Fortune 500 companies and privately-held industry leaders, and has over 20 years of profit and loss responsibility. Bart has been the owner, co-owner and partner of several manufacturing and service companies and has a strong record of attaining profitable growth through business expansions, turnarounds, start-ups and new product development. Bart is a seasoned business intermediary and Realtor® who holds a license to sell real estate in the state of Pennsylvania.

Van J. Filipos is a CPA, a graduate of Lehigh University, a Personal Financial Specialist and Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA). He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, The Pennsylvania Institute of CPA’s and The National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. He is past president of The Lehigh Valley Chapter of The Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Van founded a CPA firm which has since merged with a leading CPA firm in the Lehigh Valley. He also holds a license to sell real estate in the state of Pennsylvania.
